I hate the statement "Hip Hop is dead" & I hate those who started saying it after Nas.
Nas, was at least talking about a crisis he saw Hip Hop in, but what are the Indians crying about? Focus on the art, not the fad. If anything at all, YOU are killing it more.
And, pliss, do not be disheartened if the much glamorized fame, money & "hoes" does not come your way - drop the act if that is what you are after in the first place. Like any passion, pursue Rap music, strictly, because you want to and nothing more.
